I'm sooo glad I decided to go!!!!
Just wished I gotten there earlier, but we got a little lost on the freeway...maybe we're too high or something.
I think I'll just describe the sets I got to witness last night as short and sweet as possible. Sorry JAYVON & PRIEST that I couldn't make it to your sets!
MACHETE vs. SCOOBA = CUJO - BITERS
HIVE = Knew this individual would be coming with the dubplates, but he played UNIVERSAL PROJECT - COMIN THROUGH and helll yeaaahhhh!!! I so must gotten an orgasm right there! I haven't heard any clip longer than the one I heard on the TOV web site and hearing it on a set makes it sound damn goooodddd! And, Mr. Hive was kind enough to tell me what were the last two songs he played when I asked him, which were:
2nd to last track = HIDE THE TEARS BY KRYPTIC MINDS
Very last track = QUEST (? I think he said QUEST) produced other than by himself
Thankfully, both are going to be released!!!!!
Thank to 45PSI and all the others that made this great night possible!!!

last night was definetly one of the best level parties yet. there were two rooms of d'n'b and the main room had good AC. the dancefloor was nice and crowded, the vibe was definetly on point. it was nice hearing karl cutta and xyz. they both set it on fire. it seems like every time i hear hive spin i like him more and more. what a set last night!! i was actually there from beginning to end due to certain circumstances and really liked all the sets. my cousin from michigan had never been to a d&b party before, just starting listening to it yesterday and seemed very impressed by last night. way to go 45psi, i like to see your momentum building, anticipating bigger and bigger things. oh yeah, BOH!! |

Friday nite was so so so so so so so much fun. I had to sit out for a while and catch my breath from all the dancing...
The Whiz and I got there towards the end of Jayvon's set...and I was dancing till the end of the nite!!!!!! I had so much fun and can't wait to go out and dance like that again. The whole night was beautiful... |

late post, but i gotta describe how that night went!!! absolutely FUN FUN FUN!!! being right up front even made it better just to watch the djs spin their ass off and just get lost in the beats and dance my ass off...as hot as it was, i just kept going and going like an energizer bunnie ;p
