anybody using OS 10.3 yet?
I've been trying it out for the past few weeks and it seems to be much faster than 10.2x.
I'm installing it on my laptop right now..just need a little more feedback from users...
let me know if any of you are messin with it..pros..cons etc.. |

I would upgrade to 10.3. But i heard it runs like s**t with Final Scratch. So im not gonna touch it it till they fix that problem. I have enough problems Fs as it is. hehe |

I use Jaguar, and Final Scratch with no problems. What problems are you seeing with FS? |

Coming from a software developers point of view, it would be a bad idea to use any of the newly released mac OS versions. Every time an update is released, things are changed, and the software companies have to update their software in order to make it work again on the new OS version. If I were you, I would wait a little bit before you update your MacOS to the recently released latest version so the software companies can catch up. It will save you a lot of headache. |

Yeah its that new panther version that i think some people are having problems with the Final Scratch. But i think im have problems with the Fs Pre Amp. Sometimes i wont even have FS open, and i will just be playing a cd in my comp thru the Fs pre amp then to my mixer, and it will just stop, and the blue light to the pre amp starts blinking, im not sure if i need a new usb cable or its the Fs pre amp itself thats having a connection problem. anyone else having problems with Fs & Os X? |

i've been using panther since it came out and all the audio stuff works great although had to update my US-428 drivers.
seems like everything works faster actually.
