input 3 and 4 on your digi rack will work even if protools isn't open. there is a button on the front of the rack unit (001 or 002) that says monitor mode. run a cable from your sound cards output into input 3 and 4 on the digi and make sure that the monitor mode button is depressed. teh info is in the start up guide for protools. |
